Who Is Aidan?
I'm Aidan Sugarman, a 17-year-old technology consultant and developer from Toronto. I started working with AI and web technologies because I saw how much time and opportunity businesses were leaving on the table — not from lack of effort, but from lack of the right tools.
I've built AI-powered web applications used by real clients, and I've worked alongside professionals in the tech industry — including experience at Nitro Industrials, where I collaborated with senior engineers on technology solutions for real business problems. That experience taught me something important: the best technology isn't the most complex — it's the most useful.
I work directly with my clients, one-on-one, to understand exactly what they need. Then I build it. No middlemen, no agencies, no generic solutions.

- Yes — 100%. Code, designs, accounts, and any AI tools we create are all in your name and yours forever. No vendor lock-in, no monthly licensing fees, no holding your work hostage.
- Most websites take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. AI tools and automations range from 1–4 weeks depending on complexity. You'll get a firm timeline in writing before any work starts.
- 30 days of small revisions are included free. After that, I quote a flat fee for any larger changes. Nothing is ever billed without your approval first.
- Because I'm one person, working directly with you. No middle managers, no marketing budget, no rented office, no offshore subcontractors. You pay for the work itself — not the overhead.
- Project work is one-time and flat-fee — you'll know exactly what you're spending up front, no surprise bills. After launch, you can optionally add the $55/month Care Plan for ongoing maintenance, priority response, and small monthly changes. The Care Plan is completely optional and can be cancelled anytime.
- That's totally normal — most of my clients start there. The free call is exactly for figuring it out together. You don't need to come prepared. Just show up and we'll talk through it.
